All the participants in Global Village are AIESEC members from other countries which came in Romania through AIESEC exchange program (international internship program) to get involved in projects organized by AIESEC Cluj-Napoca or by AIESEC Cluj-Napoca's partners.
Sunny Days project is a youth initiative organized by AIESEC Cluj-Napoca in collaboration with FRCCF, aims at developing social and personal skills for young people with deprived possibilities, social integration and tolerance development.
The main responsibilities of the exchange participants from Sunny Days project are:
- Supervising the children during their daily activities within the foundation, making sure they are safe and that they enjoy their participation.
- facilitating the sessions with the children and actively engage in all the activities, creating the proper environment, and making sure the children have fun, while learning.
- making an action plan of all the activities that will take place with the children indoor and outdoor and present it to the community Center Coordinator.

Two girls from AIESEC in Ukraine are involved in organizing a Summer School for children togheter with Happy Kids - International Kindergarden.Their responsibilities are to develop the english knowledge of the children participating.
The main responsibilities of the exchange participants from Summer School are:
- supervising the children during the daily activities within the Summer School, making sure they are safe and that they enjoy their participation.
- facilitating the sessions with the children and actively engage in all the activities, creating the proper environment, and making sure the children have fun, while learning
- participating in the organization of the Summer School together with the other trainees, facilitators and organizers, by helping with the logistics needed for the sessions
